He is a certified black belt in karate, kung fu, and jujitsu, and he has competed in and won numerous tournaments throughout his career. He is also a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, and he is passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals through martial arts training.

Isshinryu's main objective is the perfection of oneself through both mental and physical development.
